The objective
of this work package is twofold; on one hand it is to integrate non-destructive testing methods during the mechanical testing of wind turbine components and testing for material mechanical properties identification. On the other is to integrate quality inspection methods for the identification of possible structural defects in the probabilistic analysis for wind turbine blades. Focus is on the blades and subcomponents thereof and on composite materials.
