The objective
is the validation and tuning of material models employed in structural analysis tools for blades and support structures. Taking into account available material databases, the experimental data will be extended and improved to fill the knowledge gaps and advance modelling effectiveness. Fatigue, progressive failure, and environmental effects on the material will be the focus for this work. Properly designed experimental campaigns have to be implemented.
